Is workout the only way to get rid of cellulite? And if so, do they go completely? And how soon can I start seeing results?

Any other home remedies?

Everyone has cellulite, even if you have zero fat on your body. It's a tissue problem but it does get somewhat better if you lose weight... but only if you've got weight to lose. Even super skinny women get cellulite and if it's not healthy for you to lose weight, don't do it.
Sports does make it a lot better, because it tightens your tissue. But if you already have cellulite, you won't see much result unless you're active every day for a longer time. So you need to be disciplined and patient.
Any shortcuts are just scams. Don't waste time and money on all sorts of aesthetic miracle cures. They don't work.

I do have fat to lose, and want to gain muscle as well. I hope the workouts mellow them down.
