Postby Songbird » Thu Jul 28, 2016 3:33 pm

Hey. I haven't done any adult thongs but I haven't gotten my period yet. I'm 11 days late. I don't know of it's because of my activity level or what. Help!!##

I think you shouldn't worry that much.Everything and anything can affect your period and as long as you didn't have s*x you have nothing to stress about.Just chill and it will come.

Normal skip

Is it normal for a period to skip a month or two? I've had that happen since I hit puberty.

There are many things that can affect your period. Here are a few examples: age, stress, weather, diet, exercise, time changes, travel, hormone imbalance, just to name a few.

I skipped like that for quite a few years until my mom got me a few herbal supplements to help regulate my period.

A friend of mine is very irregular and has been skipping 2-3 months. She also gets terrible cramps when it comes. Is this normal? She's really worried but her parents refuse 2 take her 2 the docter...
