Women are afraid of heavy weight training.

You need to train your legs and glutes to build muscle. With as heavy a weight as you can handle for 9 to 12 reps and 3 or 4 sets im order to actually build muscle. This is the only way you will put meat on your body and you will get an amazing figure overall if you work out all body parts. Women can not get bulky from weight training unless they alter their hormones as body builders would do. Please don't worry about that! I have been weight training for years :)

This has never been a problem with me. You have to make sure to check over all your workouts, because some workouts cause a decrease in your gluteus mass. I have always had a bigger bottom due to genetics, but there are also workouts you can do to make your gluteus bigger. Usually when you go to a gym it tells you. But you can always Google it. Xx

Anyone know some excercises or foods to eat that will make my butt bigger and my thighs toned?

Squats, leg raises and such would assist in that area

There's nothing you can do, eat or drink that will make your butt bigger, however you can build up the muscle in them and your legs by doing squats. Try doing 10-15 a day, gradually move up in numbers when it gets too easy for you. After a while, try going to the gym and using the squat machine. Gotta be careful because they use weights and you can hurt yourself. Also try yoga and Pilate's. You can find videos on YouTube. Pilate's can be kinda hard at first.

Don't be scared of using weights. Weights help tone muscle and it turns that fat you have into muscle. Even though muscle weighs more than fat, you will see a difference in your butt. I had/have a flat butt. I have been squatting, doing pelvic thrust, lunges, step ups, Belgian lunge & dont forget leg press. I have been lifting for over a year now and use to weigh 300lbs when i started, now I'm at 190. Just from lifting and running. Lifting will not make you buff unless you are taking steroids. So go ahead give it a try. Start off doing it once a week and if you have a gym member ship then gradually move up to twice a week. If you dont have a member ship you can do all of that at home (except for the leg press). Do them every day and you will see a difference. It wont happen right away though. So try not being discouraged. The harder you go the better. And always remember that last rep or squat you dont want to to do will count the most. That last one will give you the butt you want.
