I am a healthy weight for thirteen. I’m 5 foot 5 and I’m 115 pounds. Losing weight could be easy. It also could be challenging. My tip is to workout, go on walks and drink healthy smoothies for breakfast!

Fasting. Imagine beening and keep it in mind and hit it head on. Read motivation quotes can help.

Start sending photos of your EACH meal and drink to your trainer or if you don’t have one, to your friend. Tell your friend to scold you mercilessly for eating unhealthy or too much (the trainer will do it without any reminders 😃). Bingo - you will be losing at least 4 kilos a month.
