Fasting is not too good for your health. The first thing to do is to go for hormonal test . To see if your hormones aren't misfiring.if it is you would be given drugs to correct it and some exercises to do.

Hormonal misfiring is the major cause of adding unnecessary weight

Hi ladies, I’m 5’2 and I weight 140.6 is that bad or good for my height? I’m currently trying to lose weight ... but it’s like I keep on losing motivation, any motivational tips? Also, I wear a waist trainer on mondays and fridays, what are your opinions on waist training? I’m turning 13 on January 2nd and I want to look finer by my birthday. I’m not doing this to impress a dude or anything it’s simply for my happiness I don’t have a lot of confidence that’s why I’m working out and wearing a waist trainer on mondays and fridays. But yeah, any motivational tips? And what are your opinions about waist trainers?

Im also 13 and I think that your weight is a very good! I am 5’7 and 163.4 pounds and I think I don’t look go but if I was in my 140.0 pounds I think that would be great! And yes you are going in the right direction I am also currently loosing weight and I want to do it because In my 15th birthday I want to look fabulous and sometimes it is really hard! I loose motivation but my little brother decided he was going to join me to help me and motivated me a lot ! Also it is good that you are doing it for happiness never do it for others to love you, do it to love yourself! 🤗☺️😉

Over the pandemic I've changed my lifestyle. I'm 24, and 5'6".

Last year around this time I was 180lbs. Right now, I'm 162lbs and my goal is 140lbs.

The things that have helped me are: controlling the portions sizes I eat, and working out from home about 6-7 times a week using Chloe Ting's free exercise programs.

I highly recommend Chloe Ting's workouts because they're for beginners and they've really helped me look more toned.

I hope this helps someone out there, good luck on your weight loss journey!

I think you should do some Pamela Reif visa on YouTube. They work. I’m 5,2 too and I’m 110. I used to be like 115 so yeah. And you might think I’m super skinny or something but I hate myself. Oh well tell me how it goes!
