I just found out I was pregnant 3 days ago, 4 weeks 3 days, I'm so scared. I just went through tube removal not even 2 months ago for ectopic pregnancy and 2 years ago we had a chemical pregnancy. We do not have any kids but this is the 3rd pregnancy :( we are praying this is our time to shine. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to not worry about miscarriage? I know that's probably dumb but it's hard to excited when you are terrified of it not working out.

Aww congrats Mama. May this bw your rainbow baby!🌈
No tips I was terrible and every midwife chat I kept telling them I don't wqnt to get my hopes up I don't want to get carried away when I know risks are high first 12 weeks.
I wasn't scared but I didn't want to get "attached" to the idea until I was in the safe zone.
I guess it is sensible idea not to get carried away and just take each day as it comes. Each week is a milestone and closer to it being real and lasting.
I really hope all goes well for you. 🎊🎉

So sorry you had to go through that. But also congratulations on your new pregnancy 😊 I miscarried back in December and I also feel the same. I just take every day/week as it comes. And think I'm one more day/week closer to that scan. It is super hard and it's ok to be worried and scared it natural. But just keep as positive as you ❤

Yes as long as your not bleeding with them. All should be fine. Just the body stretching etc..
Congratulations 😊
