Fitness is first trimester

I just found out I'm 3 weeks pregnant. Wondering what advice other moms have received for fitness in the first trimester. I'm carrying too much weight as is and scared about future gain!

Till week 5 I was able to do simple workouts. On week 6 I started to get morning sickness and wasn’t feeling well. But remember that everyone’s body is different so you just have to look out. Also if you don’t feel well, it’s better if you don’t continue your workout routine.
