Hi, has anyone ever experienced this? I am on my 36th week and just noticed that when I turn on my left side when sleeping, there is pain in the middle of my belly that radiates toward my lower left side. Feels like there is pressure. But I do not feel the pain when I sleep on my right side. So the whole night I slept on my right. Not sure if its okay for the blood circulation for my baby.

Hi, I read that sleeping on your right is not a dangerous thing according to a new study. The only dangerous position is on your back. Sometimes I get waist pains when I sleep on my right not sure why and I'm almost 32 weeks. If you are too uncomfortable then please talk to your midwife

Actually sleeping on your back is also not as dangerous, since if you were to end up on your back, you body will literally wake you up if your feet start going numb.

Also risk reduces further if you sleep with your back seriously elevated or half sitting position or if one of your hips is slightly elevated or cushioned
