How are you Ladies Sleeping

Hello Mommies!! I’m curious to know how you ladies are sleeping in this last trimester. If you’re not sleeping what are you using or doing to help you sleep? Are you sleeping all night?
Not much more longer mommies. Hang in there! You’ve got this!!!

Wow how are you sleeping on your stomach at 37 weeks? That’s great that you can sleep, but I hate you’re so exhausted. Did you suffer with insomnia before you were able to rest like this?

I guess I can sleep on my stomach because my stomach doesn't grow much during pregnancy. I did suffer with insomnia at first but now that my body preparing for labor I sleep like a baby.

I’m 37 weeks and 2 days . I cannot get comfortable at all . I have to pee every 30 minutes - a hour. I toss and turn . I try my best to sleep on the left side but sometimes I sleep on my right side even tho it’s not recommended .

It’s almost over ladies! Hang in there! The Lord brought my sleep back to me. I’m 31 weeks and had never had insomnia. It’s not cool at all. But now I’m resting well... We are at the end. Praying that you guys will become more comfortable and able to rest a little more before the little one comes!

I’m sorry you’re not sleeping well... There is this website called 8 sheep. She make magnesium topical cream versus taking by mouth. It helps with aches and pains and most of all it puts you to sleep. I would advise you to give it a try. It works for me. Melatonin also works and exercise, but I didn’t want to take anymore sleep aids. The cream was and is best for me.
