Morning sickness

Hi ladies

So yesterday l tried the ginger tea to help with this morning sickness and the results today at 4am l had a runny tummy..I'm not sure if l should drink it again
What other things can l try?

Have you tried eating smaller meals every 3-4 hours? That’s what my OBGYN told me to try when I had really bad morning sickness and it helped me.

I’m struggling currently. Finding it so hard to work even though it’s online. I’ve ordered ice cube trays because cold stuff feels good though it’s not filling and often leaves wierd film on my tongue. Cold cucumber/cherry tomatoes in hummus. Rice cakes dry. Oats - goes down very slowly. Grapes make me hungrier? Plain toast with butter. Ovaltine with hot water no sugar. I’ve forced down cornflakes with ice cold milk felt good for a minute then I was very nauseous. Noodles. Yogurt goes down well, but can get bit excited and feel sick thinking to try dairy free yogurt. I just have constant hunger/nausea and throw up at least once a day of late. Just turned 7 weeks.
