Problems with sweets

So I'm having trouble controlling myself when it comes to eating sweets, I'm really trying to eat healthy and have good habits but for some reason it's very difficult, I'm exercising and that makes me feel good, I mean, I want to have confidence in my body. , I start the day eating healthy but just when lunch passes I start to feel the anxiety of something sweet and the worst thing is that it is not just a chocolate, I end up eating almost 3 things, I had already been good for a few days but suddenly again I can't stop, I don't know what's wrong with me, if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

You're probably having a slump in your day and craving something sweet to pick you back up. It happens. What you eating at breakfast and lunch?

I have a smoothie with carrots, blueberries, celery, ginger, spinach and water and I make an egg with cheese or meat with vegetables or a toast with tuna and cheese and also as a fruit, like melon or watermelon.
And in the lunch meat with vegetables or pasta with vegetables and cheese
