Loosing it

So I run 2 1/2 miles almost everyday , I'm starting to eat brown sugar oatmeal every morning ! I have fruit through out the day & eat whatever for dinner but I try portion it ! Im 5'3 and weigh 158 . I only run & do stair because I wanna loose it not gain muscle . Is there anything in doing wrong ?

If you want to lose weight you need to rethink your breakfast. Brown sugar oatmeal is high sugar and carbs which you won't burn. You should consider a Protein, Fat and Fiber breakfast such as an egg, salad greens and avocado. Much more fuel and not empty calories

To really lose weight you can eat all the meat you want but NEVER eat bread. Bread turns right into sugar and that is not good if your trying to lose weight. A good meal is either BBQ or pho if you can find it. Please take this into consideration, thanks.????
