I just wanted to ask if any of you have done yoga and lost weight???

Little to none compared to jogging, running etc.
Yoga is great for helping with flexibility, relaxation and stress.

Thanks for your opinion ladies. I met a friend today that I haven't seen in a year, she lost 30pounds doing yoga for 30mins everyday.
