Hi I'm 26 yrs of age I have two kids and I'm a stay at home wife I enjoy working out but I never seem to loose weight actually I get muscular and to me I sometimes look like a body builder the more and more I work out I'm wondering is there any that would help me besides working out

Proteins makes you have more muscle. Eat healthier.
