Bloated Tummy

Bloated Tummy

Postby Kayla765 » Tue Jan 12, 2016 12:59 am

I have put on quite a bit of weight kind of fast. I notice through out the day I get bigger and I wake up again and feel smaller, Bloated. What are some ways I can reduce this and loose my bloated tummy?

When I had really bad bloating I used generic gas-x tablets and couldn't believe how fast they helped. Worth a try if your desperate like I was

Stop eating grains, that'll help greatly. People who find out they have celiac disease stop eating breads and pastas and they lose weight and they don't feel bloated anymore. Also sugar, slow down your intake on that.
Thanks!
