Hey ladies! I just wanted to share with you a few tips that helped me loose weight. I was sick a few months ago and the doctor gave me a diet that really worked for me.

My doctor told me to eat less red meat and to increase my liquids. Less soda and more fruits and veggies. I wasn't told to do any workouts. I actually lost some weight really fast. I hope this tips work for you girls and if you Have any questions ro other tips please feel free to post them on here.

Have you ever heard of Advocare? I am a Rep for them. They have a 24 day challenge. A detox product and a meal replacement. I am four lbs from my goal weight of 132 after hving twins just a year ago and I use the meal replacement and detox and v16. My friend did the 24 day challenge and lost 49 lbs and 17 inches off of her waist. Private Message me for more info.

I'm struggling to lose weight after my baby's birth in 2014. I actually lost it right after but the weight came back very quickly.

Tips on Weight Loss?

I have a 15 year old girl who weighs 128-130 pounds. I am 4'11 (1.5 m). I want to know how to loss weight so that I don't stay overweight like this. For a while I was at a healthy weight of 115 pounds, and then I started high school and gained back all the weight I lost from 6th grade. I love food so much and I feel like it's a stress reliever and I really want to break that habit. I don't have the ability to go to the gym with my parents because of the overwhelming amount of schoolwork that I have each night, even on the weekends! Can someone please leave some suggestions on how they avoided these food cravings and lost weight? I'm eating really unhealthy foods too, because it's the only thing I have a taste for.

It takes 21 days to start a new habit so..
Instead of eating sugary sweets like candy go for fruits.
Drink plenty of water especially 30 min before a meal because it will help you become full.
Drop fizzy drinks.
Its ok to have something sweet u don't have deprive yourself from sugar have 1 day out of the week you can have a treat.
Instead of eating for a stress reliever u could do something else like listen to music, read, write, or draw.
A quick exercise is better than nun so in the mornings u could do maybe some crunches, push ups, planks, mountain climbers, and squats each 10 reps and a total of 3 sets

Hello everyone,I have a question;
Does excersice helps reduce cellulite??? Because i have alot in my middle area( butt, legs) and i want to know wich exercise is good to get more thinner and reduce the cellulite. If you have an answer ill appreciate it . :)
