how to have flat stomach? T.T

Im 22..i have normal BMI..but i have problem with my stomach..how to make it flat? I did sit up..but seems it is hard on me..any other tips? Please help me T.T

I've lost little over 50 pounds now, best exercise for flat tummy are leglifts :) hope this helps!

Hi :) when you do sit ups and core strengthening exercises they definitely work but everyone has a small (or large) layer of fat on the outside of their stomachs, so if you burn this layer of fat off you will have a flat, toned stomach. I suggest aerobics, so running, cycling, dancing, anything to get your heart rate up and you'll have your flat tummy in no time! :) xx

You can't target weight loss to one part of through body, you need to lose weight all over and then build muscle in the areas you want

Drink lots of water!! I have a problem losing my gut. I been drinkimg nothing but water and every week taking a laxative pill because I dont do #2 as often as we should and I lost 10 pounds so far.

All these are exercise related!
Try this.... Eat less amount. Like not more than a bowl at a time. Eat many times a day and eat how much ever you eat everyday.
But, at one time, eat less. So, your tummy really shrinks.

The best thing to do to get a flat stomach is eat healthy. As they say "abs are made in the kitchen"! So cut down on sugary foods and replace them with nutritious meals. Also, try doing cardio exercises to burn fat, such as running or jogging. Just remember that change won't happen overnight and many people give up after not seeing immediate results, but you have to be patient. Hope this helps!

Hi im a person who has a slightly flat stomach but want to make it completely flat I have tried doing all the cardio and the other exercises but just cant stay motivated ive tried so many times any suggestions??????
