Ok so i ve been doing (trying) to do diet since I was 13 now I'm turning 19 soon and I want to look good in sumer any help? I usually eat salads everyday and go for a walk about 30 mins walk or maybe an hour or so can't get the fat off :( at the age of 14 I got desperate and sarted taking pills and bad things happend to my body.. please help xoxo

Several of us have a thread going called Motivated weight loss buddy, to support one another, look it up and come and join us.
Some of us use myfitnesspal to monitor our food and some other fitness apps like run keeper and endomondo.
Woman cannot live by salad alone, you need some carbs to make your brain work and protein to build muscle and so on. Good luck, if you want any advice, come find the thread.

Yes Kimberley come and join us. It is supportive. On myfitnesspal (mfp) u can b friends so u c what others are doing and even help motivate them on even urself. It is stated that with others u can lose more weight than doing it alone :) n like Rachel said as women we need more than salads... good luck n hope 2 c u there

Download app called lose it it's very helpful it gives you a calorie budget and everything

Just try aerobic, stop eating candies and snacks and I think u will see results really fast, at least I did and I go to training 3 times a week and try to eat healthy food

All I was doing to lose weight was just to drink water everytime and doing exercise in the evening , stop eating candies just not too much ♡ drink water as much as you can
