Dr. Oz's Swimsuit Slimdown Drink

1 cup Grapefruit, or Orange, or Pineapple Juice

2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

1tbs of honey

Drink before each meal. Breaks down fat cells faster than anytging else.

note: I have to admit it has a weird taste because of the vinegar but it works. I loved this detox with Pineapple juice. But feel free to try it with Grapefruit or Orange juice. ツ

I believe this diet may be called the grapefruit diet. Try to Google it. I know it was popular a couple years ago.

Prune juice 1-2 hours of going in and out of restroom make shure you will be home p.s durin fasting

The only way to rid your body of toxins is through your liver and kidneys. Some people think you can "sweat" it out but you actually only release trace amounts of your body's toxins (<1%) through sweat.
So a good detox would be to strengthen your liver and give it a break by eating clean and healthy. You can take milk thistle capsules which improve your livers health and drink the classic detox drink: water, cayenne powder, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup. This one is usually drank instead of eating any meals during the day (hence the maple syrup for sugars for energy). You can look up detox drink online and this will surely come up. But I just make this drink without the maple syrup (I try to keep my sugar intake low) and then eat three small healthy meals during the day. Do this for 3-5 days and you'll feel much better! You should drink about 10-12 glasses of the detox drink a day.
