How much will this help?

So I've tried to do this multiple times before, but I always miss a day or two then stop altogether. But I'm hopeful about thus time. Anyway, I'm trying to lose a bit of weight but my body isn't used to working out alot so I'm not doing anything too extreme. But I'm walking/jogging 3 and a half miles everyday and doing situps, squats, and even jumping rope so I'm not sitting around all day. I'll up the intensity the longer I keep this up, but will this help much at all? If it matters, I'm also tracking and managing my daily calorie intake. I just don't know if this will work for me.

You got this! Don’t forget to drink a lot of water. I know that’s what everyone says but it really helps! Also try not to eat a lot of snacks and do a lot of small meals during the day! Please don’t overdo and don’t test your limits tho! xxx

Use hot water

With seeds
1. Chia seeds
2. Funnel seeds
3. Carom seeds

30 mins before and 30 mins after your breakfast .. lunch .. and dinner

This worked for me i hope it work for you

I'm going to try it. I just have a question for you though.
Is there a certain amount I schould drink every time? Ir like just a regular drinking glass full?
I just want to make sure I do it right.
