I'm a new mom 10 months post pregnancy and having trouble with my weight loss journey.. need some help

Take walks everyday. Drink lots of water. Plan your meals. 3 meals a day: healthy carbs( potatoes, sweet potatoes, brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta), veggies, fruits, good proteins( lentils, beans, eggs, meat) Eat what you like.
Avoid junk food at all cost.
Be on your feet as much as possible.
Good night sleeps. When you are ready can start working out using YouTube videos.
The most important is to eat right at the right time.
Wear a waist trainer.
After I gave birth 6 years ago. I lost appetite. Lost like 15kg. I had gained 8kg during my pregnancy.
