Weightloss

Hi
Need some advice for weight loss. My height is 5'6 and owing to work from home weight has become 78. From last week I've started 10k steps daily. Please let me know what else I can do?

This may seem odd but snacking on fruit or veggies frequently throughout the day can help your metabolism to speed up, thus causing you to lose weight. Just make sure it's healthy.
