Weightloss

Hi
Need some advice for weight loss. My height is 5'6 and owing to work from home weight has become 78. From last week I've started 10k steps daily. Please let me know what else I can do?

This may seem odd but snacking on fruit or veggies frequently throughout the day can help your metabolism to speed up, thus causing you to lose weight. Just make sure it's healthy.

Ive used herbalife nutrition program helped with losing 22kilos , even after two births.

I’ve used the ultimate program :)

I have tried many different weight-loss regimens, with daily exercise. I can honestly say over the past 11 years in trying to lose the mass weight I gained after my mom died. I have not been as successful as I have in the past 13 months. I was sick and watched a tedtalk about intermittent fasting.i then looked it up online. found all a lot about it. I will say over the past decade I have not be able successful in losing the weight or keeping it off.
