Hi guys! I'm a bit chubby and I want to be sexy. I hateEEeee exercise and I'm a bit lazy in home. I'm 5'4,, don't have hourglass body and butt, but I have a hamster like cheeks hahaha

What exercises and kinds of diet will do?

Hi! I personally run, but I know a lot of people hate even the idea of running... Walking is actually one of the best weight mlloss exercise,and you can make little changes to make you walk further... Park further from the shop, walk tot he shop or to school etc, take the stairs not elevator...

Also,track what you eat. I use my fitness pal.dont restrict yourself,but just track things. A healthy adult female should have about 2000 calories a day. Its very easy to go over this if you eat out, or sweets, chocolate and what you drink has calories too! Just be careful not to restrict yourself and more use it to make sure you aren't over eating 🙂

(Been tracking everything I eat for a year now.lost 2 stone first half of the year and have kept it off the last few months too 😃)
