Hi everyone! I am a know-it-all at exercising so you can ask me anything about it! From counting calories to helpful weight loss YouTube videos, I know it! I obviously don’t know everything, but I know a lot! So if you need any help, just ask!

I need to lose six stone! I want to lose it by January. Please help!

So do you want to lose 6 pounds? 6 kilograms? Tell me in these measurements because I’m unfamiliar with other. You can go to YouTube and search up Pamela Reif or Chloe Ting. They both post workout videos that are awesome! I recommend Pamela. When you are exercising, start with a 10-20 minute one. Then increase it every week or so. Just working out isn’t the solution! Eat less things with calories and sugar. Eat healthy! Tell me your results and any other questions too!
