Counting calories??

So I’ve been trying to lose weight by staying in calorie deficit. I just wanna lose a few kilos but I mostly wanna get in shape, because I’m not fat, I just haven’t really kept track of what I’m eating so I have a little stomach bump that I wanna flatten and just have toned body in general. But I have a few questions for someone who understands this topic really well to anwser me, because I found only partial information online.
1. When we say 100g of pasta has for example 300 calories, is that 100g of cooked or uncooked pasta.Same goes for preaching much any food that you go buy and cook
2. I’m new to excercising (I’m 165cm and 66kilos) and I try to workout every two days. Keep in mind I am still really easy on this because I don’t have condition so I do it slow and moderate. How much calories should I consume daily?
3. How can I count how many calories I’m losing not doing cardio, but some light weights or just doing some sit ups and that type of exercises.

I use the 7M workout app and it has really helped me get in shape for Basketball, track, and swim team. If your not fat then there’s no reason to count your calories. My said it’s not healthy to count calories...

So I have two great solutions.

1. Buy an Apple Watch. They can track your calories, how far run, ride, etc. It also has like all of the exercises you could do. Like swimming, volleyball, lacrosse, you name it!

2. If you do exercises that are like at a moderate level, you normally burn from 80 to 100 calories in 20 minutes. This is really how I count my calories when I don’t have my Apple Watch.
