When I found out I weighed more than my mum it triggered me to start to do something about it! There were so many benefits, more confidence, better self esteem, feeling happier (not just from looking better but loosing weight actually causes chemical changes in your brain that make you feel better!), being able to do more and feeling comfortable in my clothes. It’s hard to get the motivation to get started but trust me, once you commit and get into a routine it gets easier and easier the longer you stick with it.

I am 12 I weigh 50.8kg I want to weigh 35.5at the end of January any tips for me please

Hi, this is my first time writing here and before all i just wanna say sorry for my english. So, I started going to gym and eating healty and for one month I lost 7kg. I was soo happy and I felt beautiful. But then I lost motivation,I dont go to gym, I smoke weed and eat at night(01:00-03:00). And I feel Im gaining weight again but I dont know how to stop it. I love to eat at night when Im all alone, but i just wanna keep training and eat healthy food. I always quit fast even if I see good results. What to do?

it is very difficult, before i was only 42kgs then after i took contraceptive pills i gained 12.2 kgs now i am worried how to control my cravings of foods.. seems i am always hungry even i am full 😔
