I am a healthy weight for thirteen. I’m 5 foot 5 and I’m 115 pounds. Losing weight could be easy. It also could be challenging. My tip is to workout, go on walks and drink healthy smoothies for breakfast!

Fasting. Imagine beening and keep it in mind and hit it head on. Read motivation quotes can help.
