Quarantine weight loss!

Hey ladies!! I have noticed I had gauned weight at the beginning of quarantine so i decided to do my own weight loss at home! I have lost almost 20 lbs from doing my own thing! All you have to do is....
-Drink water all day!
- 20 squats everyday (increase by 5 every week)
- 15 sit-ups (increase by 5 every week)
- 15 fir hydrants (increase by 5 every week)
- 20 crunches (increase by 5 every week)
- 20 Leg pulses (increase my 5 every week)
- Run 2 laps around you back yard if you have one(increase by 2 every week)
- And make better eating choices and I can assure you that you will be more confident and happier with your weight! ??

This is very inspiring because we all know that when this quarantine we all might be a lil out of shape so if we exercise just a lol bit everyday it doesn't have to be a lot but it will help get us in better shape. I am definitely going to keep this in my schedule for everyday thx for posting this
