Teen weight loss

I am 5”5 and I’m 180 pounds. I play 3 sports, one in every season but I still gain weight. I need tips because I don’t want to gain any more weight how much more exercise I need to do.

It could just be you gaining muscle witch weighs about the same as fat but you could try dancing I find it is fun helps you lose weight and you don't gain as much muscle depending on the type of dance
