I’m not overweight but I’ve found myslelf gaining a lot of weight in my legs and stomach . I suggest calorie deficit or try eating 3 meals a day instead of snacking a lot and also drinking lots of water before meals

I am 15, 5ft8 and I weigh 135 lbs is that a healthy weight? The BMI thing says that im under weight but I also used to be heavier set and I lost all that weight and I'm afraid for that to happen again

So I'm going to tell you my personal experience (ps. I'm still doing it because i didn’t reach the healthy weight):
1. cut off all soda
2. cut of sugar and candy ( if you need to only once a week i usually do it on weekends so i have more time to exercise)
3. do exercises i do at least 30 mints a day and i lost about 6 pounds in three weeks. however, in weekends i could do more because i have more free time so do mpre when you are free.
4. try not to eat heavy dinner make your main meal the lunch a

p.s i know that you may feel that exercises are boring so i do a lot of dancing instead 😅😉

Hi! I don’t know my exact hight but I am pretty sure that my hight is 5ft 3, I am 15 and my weight varys between 59kg and 62kg and my waist size is 29-30 inches. Am I a good weight? And how can I lose a lot of weight quickly and get a smaller waist (aiming for 25 inches). I can’t go on any diets or ask my parents to help me lose weight because they won’t help. And I get extreme cravings. I don’t eat unhealthily at all either, I am quite healthy, but that doesn’t seem to be doing much to losing any weight.
Can anyone help? xx

I'm 14 5'5 and 125 pounds my mom says I'm the perfect weight but I'm not sure. I have a slim waist and stomach but I have thigh fat and I really want to get rid of it any ideas. I have looked online and found some good ideas and workouts tho
