Weight loss

Postby Queenbaker18 » Mon Aug 19, 2019 12:10 am

Hello, I’m 21 and TTC although I’m actually not even having a menstrual cycle due to being overweight I’m currently 4’11 and 193LB. My OBGYN said I needed to lose 5Lb a month but 50Lb in total. I don’t have a budget to buy great diet food and I don’t have a budget for the gym so I need other ways at home to help lose weight. Thanks in advance.

Hey if you are 5’11 and you only weigh 190 something I’m 5’3” and I weigh 160 and technically I am over weigh but then if you look at my stature and I look fine because I have a wide body frame yes I should lose ten of me so pounds but they go by like the average person and I’m not say you are misshapen or something crazy like that but you can’t always go by that because if I lost twenty pounds or better I would be super skinny and that don’t look right on me if you truest want to lose weigh and you are broke like me you can get apple cider vinegar at dollar tree and if you drink like four eight ounce serves a day with eight glasses of water it will show I dramatically difference in your weight it is something about it that burns the fat so try that

Update! My insurance company covers a weight management program called real appeal and it comes with a success kit! I am currently at week 4 of the program and it’s great! Go check it out and see if your insurance covers it called Real Appeal. It includes all the home material to use to lose weight. Bathroom scale, food scale, workout dvds and resistance band, and much more.
