Weight

I don’t know what to do. I have an eating disorder I will feel like I can’t do anything right then I binge eat and then I will not eat for a week. I weigh 114lbs I am 15 and I am 5 foot 4 inches. What can I do I am just in so much mental pain it hurts. I just wish I could lose some belly fat. I don’t know why I feel this way so manny eoe tell me I am so skinny but I feel like my thighs look like whales when I sit down and being in 9th grade doesn’t help.

this is the thing like me I am fat but when it cones to food I have to eat once a day with dinner breakfast lunch so I have to follow those rules not to be rude u should try the same thing like me

I highly suggest talking with your parents so they can find a good therapist who can help you.

Weight loss is a tricky thing especially when your young but binge eating and starving yourself is making your body go into survival mode. This causes your body store more “fat” and slows your metabolism down so your body has more to eat during the time it doesn’t have food. The best way to lose fat and speed up your metabolism is portioning out your meal. Doing your best to eat balanced meal that are healthy. Eating till you are satisfied and not full. Staying away from liquid calories and just keeping active and doing some type of exercise 3-5 times a week. As long as 80% of the time you are eating healthy and keeping active it’s okay to eat bad food 20% of the time. It’s all about balance. The teenage body develops differently for everyone. Do not compare yourself to adults or others. You are not fat and the things that your observing are perfectly normal. Focus on you, your happiness and self love.

I get it, but i think everyone’s thighs look like whales when they sit that’s normal. Try and eat is all I can say, instead eating unhealthy things try to eat a healthy amount of healthy food it’ll make a bigger and healthier difference then what you’re doing now

Hey maryjane you are underage to be able to use the forum. The age limit is 13. You may come back when you are of age. For now you may use the app to track your periods only.
