I’m too skinny

I’m 5’2” and 42kgs (20years old). I’m not confident in my body as I’ve small breasts and a*s. I feel my parter won’t like me and won’t enjoy the s*x. How do I get a good figure?

There's this drink where you drink it before a meal and helps you gain weight but you have to exercise if you want it in the right places.

Squats help with butt if done regularly along with good diet. You can do 20 squats every hour thing, this might work.(this worked for me) and push ups are supposed to work for chest.

I did 100 squats a day. Starting from just my body weight, to wearing a backpack full of a bunch of thick heavy books. Did this for a couple a months, and it might have toned a little bit didn't make my booty grow. I'm like you. Too skinny. 104 lbs 5ft 5inches tall. Small breasts and butt. Maybe it's the protein shake I need. I am going to try that. Plus I go to the gym. So hopefully you and me both can build up our certain body parts. Best of luck to you.

I’m 5”1 and 45 kgs.. I use to be 40kgs and I also wasn’t confident with my body. I was able to put on a few kilos whilst also looking toned and I feel so much more happy. It does take patience because it is a slow process.

You need to be in a calorie surplus to put on weight and a great way to start is to count your calories. Find out what your TDEE, their are online calculators to work it out. Then eat above this number so you are in a calorie surplus. Their are apps that you can download to help you count your calories. I don’t recommend shakes or drinks as I found that they made me loose my appetite. Do it all with food. Eating heaps of protein and carbs will help. Once you have put on a couple of kgs get into the gym and do some strength training. It’s so much fun plus their are heaps of other benefits that come with it :)

To make your a*s bigger you need to do exercises that focus on that part and up your carb in take your chest only gaining will make them bigger or if you were graced with them early in puberty which suck having big breast my look good but causes way to many back issues i can honestly say i would be happy with a b or c cup instead of a j cup it suck you cant get cute things when that big trust me

I went from 6.12 stone to 8 stone in the space of four months (on purpose) my BMI was very low and now it's healthy. I just forced myself to eat more of everything and as a rule would just eat unless I was full (snack often). I also ate full fat everything, increased my dairy, protein and carb intake.

I too was always self conscious of my small boobs and bum, but they've grown with the rest of me. Just keep trying to gain and remember your health is important.
