I habe finally started working out yesterday to lose weight. I work out 4 days a week. Losing at least 20 pounds here I come!!!

Yesterday was day 2 for me!! Today I have found a pre workout drink and a protein shake to help me lose the weight!!

Good for you! It takes a lot of hard work and determination to get on track to lose weight, but if you keep at it, it really does become so much easier. Especially when you start seeing results, like numbers on the scale going down, or clothes fitting differently.

Don't try to lose it quickly~everyone wants to drop weight as soon as possible, but that normally just makes it that much harder to keep it off. They say that if you lose 1-2 lbs per week you are less likely to regain once you've reached your goal.

Keep it up! You've got this! ?

I'm not in any rush to lose the weight. Like I want to lose it but I don't want to lose it to fast. I'm just slowly working my way to where I used to be.

I think I am going to weigh myself twice a week that way I can keep my stretching app up to date. Tomorrow is upper body day and abs day.
