Weight Loss

I'm looking for different drinks that could possibly help me loose weight. I drink tons of water and hardly any pops or juices. I don't understand what im doing wrong. I have hypoglycemia so there are certain things I can and can't drink which is why I stick to water as I have to keep my glucose in a certain range. Preferably fruit drinks I can make myself in a blender. Anything would help!

Hello dear!
I know the struggles! I’ve found that the best drink to have is water.. I’ve tried weightloss teas, shakes etcz. But none is a longterm solution. The thing with water aswell, is that it takes time to leave your body (water weight) eg. I weighed 65kgs on Monday (i drink 1.5-2l water daily) but today I weigh 63kgs. It’s just water that your body is keeping i guess. Be patient dear! You can do it ❤️ (I’m by no means a professional, just saying what I’ve experienced and what worked best for me!)

I just don't think the water is working I drink about a pack of water a month by myself. I haven't seen any aprovments. I have a hard time taking walks and exercising because my sugar drops so quick and I have a hard time getting it back up. Thanks for the advice!

Cucumber, pineapple, celery,ginger and green apples
I really love this juice in the morning is a fat burner
