Weight loss 2019?

Hi i'm getting married in two weeks and i admit i hate my body. I don't feel sexy anymore and whenever i get stressed i just eat ? so i've decided to start losing weight by january 2019? i think i would boost my self estime and enhance my health. Btw i'm 178 pounds (80 kg) and 5 ft2 (1.66 m) so i think a loss of 20 pnds would be awesome. Any tips? Partners in this journy may be? ?
Ps: im lactose intoletent but a cheese addict so this may be the main reason of me gaining weight

Okay, the first questions are: what are your normal eating and exercise habits? Since we already know the time limit, I'll go along with you on your journey as I want to work on having better health and gaining a flatter stomach.

Hello,

If you need to lose weight quickly I’d recommend drinking 3 cups of warm green tea 30 min after every meal, completely cut out sugar, eat a very little amount of carbs and mostly protein and veggies. I do this and it works for me. I also do cardio for 30 min everyday. If you’re consistent it will work and you’ll get long term results

Thanks girls for your support ❤ as for my diatery habbits i eat everything from junk food to home made healthy meals but in small portions. I don't exercise much that's the problem. I used to work out do cardio but not lately. I'm facing some big changes in my life at this point so i thought it would be the best opportunity to leave healthier.i've decided to cut off all sources of stress and i'll find more time for exercice. I'll cut off sugar too and i'm thrilled to have you along this journey ❤ let me know if you start loosing weight. Best if luck ?

Drink hot water with lime juice in the morning before you eat anything it’s been really helpful to my mom!

You might already be married, but I was in a biggest loser competition at work and I lost the first time. I was such a sore loser about it that when we decided to do it again for the second time, I was more determined. So I did gradually lose weight by cutting back on a few things and exercising.
However! The final week of the competition I kicked it into overdrive. I decided not to eat any breads for a week. I say "breads" because just about EVERYTHING has carbs. No sandwiches, cereals, crackers, pretzels, pizza, fries, waffles, NOTHING.
To make a short story shorter...
I won the competition, I lost 8lbs that week.
Don't get me wrong I was pretty miserable in the beginning & I did workout 4 days that week since the 5th was weigh-in, but like I said I was determined lol.
You can try that for a day or 2 and see if you lose anything.
