I lost 3 kg in 2 weeks. My tips is drink a cup of warm water mixed with honey and lemon juice as soon as you wake up and before go to bed. Dont forget to do workout 20-30 minutes everyday or 3-4 times in a week. ?

Hey beauty i too am lactose intolerant and had to loose at least 20lbs due to health complications. Ive lost 27lbs in a little over 2months. And found a great easy n quick exercise that slims ur waist like nonother- w/ the swiss ball. xoxo good luck beauty
