I’m a young girl with very fast metabolism I’m 5,3ft and weigh 42,6kg or 101pounds and I need weight gaining tips ❤️

Protein like eggs and fish. And carbs but still stay active

Lift weights and eat calorie dense meals. Target for 1700 Calories a day with lots of protein!

I would just be happy being skinny now. After you get older you will wish to be skinny

I was underweight too like 2 months ago but it began to make me depressed so I tried finding every solution to gain weight . I then found this syrup called Apetamin which has been the biggest live saver and the only thing that works with a fast metabolism. I hope this helps x

January 2018 I was 5'2 and weight 100lbs 25 years old and one kid.
I honestly got exhausted on how I looked in the mirror and how people would make me feel. I always dressed to hide my insecurities, but one day in mid January I decided to go to the gym and I did. I had NO IDEA what I was doing& still don't, but I still went EVERYDAY! I got results in one week of course not a lot but I could tell a small difference. My goal was 125, and I hit 120 when my car decided it needed mechanic work. I haven't been able to go for almost a 3 weeks, but I'll be back. I ate every two hours and in between, I ate a lot of peanut butter sandwiches. I'm so proud of my results. You can do it too. You need protein, food and weights.

I have always been tiny. I'm 5'2" and I was always 100-105. I'm 32 and recently was 96lbs so I found CB1 I eat all the time and I'm now 110lbs and getting thicker in a good way. I was only 117lbs when I had my last baby 5yrs ago. I feel great. I'm always hungry but feel great.

You can always gain muscle, that is the healthiest way to gain weight! It might take you longer, so don't compare yourself. Just find something that uses strength that you like to do (Doesn't have to be weightlifting, could be climbing or pilates etc) and stick with it, while eating plenty of protein and vegs and not too much sugar. You will get there!

It's not just about being skinny, personally, I am slim and look good. But I am underweight and my ribs show, so I'd like to gain weight to be healthier, I am very active and fit so I think that if I continue like this, I won't have problems when I'm older. Just wanted to let you know that being skinny shouldn't come before being healthy.
