260 lbs need help

I've tried diets, excersise, earing right and everything I can think of. I can't lose this weight. I just want yo get to about around 210 but...i need ideas on how. Help please?

Im not sure what exercises are you doing and what food are you eating. However the main thing that you should be doing right now is a lot of cardio. A lot, and remember that it wont happen in 1 month! It takes time and dedication. You have to keep doing, run at least 5 times per week, start off lets say with 15 min and week by week keep adding time to it. Is not easy, but is not impossible. And the eating plays a big part, u need a very good diet. Again it will take time to see results but it will happen.

I struggled with my weight for a long time... about two months ago, my boyfriend told me about this medical Weightloss program though. They have a few options at these places, but what I’ve found to work is B12 injections to speed up my metabolism and every once in a while I use phentermine pills too. Phentermine is an a anoretic, so it suppresses appetite and helps curve cravings. I take it when I’m feeling my cravings go out of control. Maybe that would help kickstart some Weightloss for you too, it also helps motivate me to get to the gym more. Good luck ?

I disagree with the person who said you need more cardio. You said you have tried diets well there is your problem. Diets don't work. You need to be dedicated to a lifestyle change and eating healthy. Stick to a calorie plan of nutrient rich foods. Lean meats like poultry (but not the chicken thighs) and white fish. Lots of green leafy vegetables and appropriate servings of fruit. Fruit has sugar so a serving is like 15 grapes not the whole bushel. And exercise be active but incorporate muscle building. Muscle burns calories and fat. So if you build 10 pounds of muscle you will burn an extra 300 calories a day doing nothing. Don't give up. Stick with it.

Hi, I lost 18 lbs in February after not thinking I could due to my thyroid issues. We can talk if you are interested. It's a health program that has a weight loss component.

I was about 290 pounds back in July. I stopped using a scale and started to eat a bit healthier. I never eat fast food. Salads are eaten every so often. No soda (sparkling water replaced that). The only form of exercise I would get is at work. I noticed that my pants kept getting bigger and bigger. I moved recently and I found Jean's I haven't worn in almost 8 years because I had gotten too big for em. They a a tad too big on me now. Got on a scale yesterday just because I was curious. I am now 224 pounds. The only problem now is I am starting to get the weight loss skin

Have u seen any women specialist doctor? I was diagnose with PCOS which make it harder to lose weight and I gain easily. Try to google the symptoms. I've been on low carb and low sugar diet during this fasting month (no food & water from dusk till dawn) and not losing weight and its already been a week. So I took vitex for hormonal balance and detox tea (started just yesterday) thank god I dropped 1 kilo today. I think it starting to works.
