Weight loss

Postby Bpmore2016 » Wed Oct 04, 2017 3:39 am

I had a baby about a year and 4 months ago. I've always struggled with my weight. Now I can't seem to work this extra fat off to save my life! I'm supposedly very severely obese. Help?!

Hey, My baby is a year and 3 months. I still have some baby fat but I manage my eating by using portions, I try not to drink soda or anything with too much sugar. I stay away from coffee and caffeine as much as possible. I eat less meat then I used to. This helped me with my first daughter and I'm hoping it works with this second one also. So far I have been loosing weight but I still have a long way to go. I hope this helps you too.

Do a Ketogenic Diet. I’ve lost 35lbs in two months.

Try eating more plant based diet. Switch cow milk with almond or oat (milk is really fat) avoid cheese that’s just condensed fat. Eat more meals with less food. Eat grains (that fills you up and has little calorie intake) go for long walks with a stroller :)

Look into intermittent fasting. I did my research and started in the beginning of the summer, already lost 11 pounds. I do workout twice a week. Follow Dr. BERG on You Tube to get all the details.
