How do I lose my belly fat but keep everything else?

Hey, I've been trying to find ways to lose my belly fat, but keep everything else like it is. Does anyone have any advise?

Hey. I face the same problem as you. Lol. The stubborn muffin top.
I start doing specific exercises on the belly like planking and sit ups. But mostly I follow youtube video exercises. Because some youtubers give diet tips too. Try drinking lemon juice. It seems been helping me soften the belly fat so it's easier to slowly flatten the belly while exercising.

Freshly squeezed. What I usually do is I mix it with natural honey to drink with because Lemon is quite citric and that alkalinity might not be suitable for our stomach. It actually help soften the arm fat too. I try to drink 1 lemon juice every night, before sleep. Though it might take a lil while to see the results since it cleanse from the inside. Maybe u can share your diet/exercise routine too?

You should definetely watch your diet because that is the main way to lose fat. Include lemon, ginger, cinamom on your meals helps with the bloating. And for exercices do squats! Do squats every day. Burns your belly a lot and tones everything else!

You cannot target fat loss. Losing fat is an over-all experience. To lose your belly fat, you have to minimize your body fat percentage.

Saw you made mention of lemon. But in my country lemon is kinda not easy to see. So I squeeze lime water and mix it to my water and drink. Does that also work the same thing. Though I work out too

u can get cucumber and blend it drink it before sleeping every night and avoid late night food
