Water Fast anyone?

Stay at home daily cos I own an online shop. Never exercise. Over weight. Thinking of water fasting cos been feeling super greasy. Gained so much weight lately. Feel so lazy to even attend any outings. All i do it buying things online. Cook eat work n sleep. Sound sad eh?

Anyone succeeded with water fast and lost how many kilos in how many m9nths. Thanks

You'll lose water weight, as soon as you start eating again you'll regain the weight. Maybe cut out all sugar for a few weeks including breads.

I never tried this, but I did tried: water, lemon, maple syroup and cayanne pepper mixed all together. U supposed to drink it for a week and only it. Fat start burning after day 4. It is really hard i managed till day 4 than i ate 1 meal a day ,.. anyway u can loose up to a kg a day but when i stopped i gain back 2 kg. Now m overweighted can not do it as need energy for my 1 year old and prone to cold sores ?. Just trying bootea teatox its quite nice for a detox seen reviews that u not bloated and u can loose weight.

Water fast makes you lose water and muscle not fat. You need muscle to burn fat ironically. So that never works. Temporarily you will feel better but will be worse off after a few days. Drink lots of water but eat high protein low fat food. My suggestion lean chicken or fish and vegetable meals. I find lots of recipes on pinterest.

I've done a 14 day water fast before! It isn't as bad as it seems after day 2/3 you don't feel hungry at all. Just be careful when you start to eat again. In two weeks I lost about 12kg, and put back on around 2/3 after.
