Biggest thing aside from working out is just maintaining a healthy diet. Drink more water throughout the day and eat more healthy and fresh foods. If you can't make it to a gym or play sports, you could try being active in your own home! I bought myself a yoga mat and do the exact thing but try to do it on a consistent basis. No need to spend a bunch of money on the gym or the special gym equipment. Keep yourself motivated. Another important thing Is to just love yourself. Hopefully this helped a tiny bit.

I mean I hate to sound insensitive but you likely have the time. You just choose not to find it. Living a healthy active lifestyle is extremely important, there are many people with full time jobs, are in school, and are full time parents can still make time for the gym. I agree with the previous post about the diet as well. Try cutting out meat as it is high in saturated fats and increases your cholesterol levels. With your weight at your height you're at risk for diabetes, hypertension even stroke. So cut down on things high in saturated fat, and increase your intake of good fats and proteins. Consume lots of vegetables and water. Try starting with going for a walk everyday for 30 minutes. Keep a pedometer on your phone to track your steps. Then move on to the gym. But diet is very important.

Hi! I was struggling with almost the same. I'm 5'2 and I was in 203lb. I started last month with Herbalife shakes and drop 6lb only with the shake. I replaced breakfast and dinner with them. But I also recommend you to do at least 15 to 30min of cardio. I'm doing it in my room. I searched workout videos from YouTube.

Changing the way you eat helps alot if you don't have time to work out. Start off my drinking lots of water and green tea. Also stay away from foods that are high in salt and carbs such as bread, rice, junk food, etc. Up your protein like eggs, grilled chicken breasts, fillet and tuna. Also a tip I learned is to eat smaller meals in a smaller plate. It'll be difficult at first, but better once you get the hang of it. Good luck!
