cardio like running and power walking.
crunches, sit up, press ups, planks, opposite crunches

Diet is a big part of it too. Drink more water (strive for 8 cups a day or more if you're taller/bigger). I find it easier to keep track by drinking from water bottles. Four a day is a good.
And eat less sugar. Try to cut it out completely (any added sugars and sweets).

The best exercise is running. Running will help burn fat the fastest while activating your abdominal muscles. Honestly running two miles a day each day will get you slim so fast. You'd notice a difference in one-two weeks. But you have to go every day. And you don't have to run two miles straight. You can stop and take a break to walk in between just make sure you actually RUN two miles. :) good luck and keep at it!

Can exercise effect your period from coming on time

I have been exercising sines augs of last year and it's going great the last three months my period seem to come late I am not on the pill I have yet to have s*x. I don't know if I am nervous or i need to wait it out.
Need advice please

You can’t spot reduce what areas you want to lose unfortunately. Best thing is to burn body fat all over which comes down to the food you eat. If you eat crappy and exercise it’s going to do nothing. Clean eating is amazing, everything is moderation. You don’t need to cut out anything at all. Just either take sugar etc in smaller amounts or just have one cheat meal a week :)

Hey ladies!! I have noticed I had gained weight at the beginning of quarantine so i decided to do my own weight loss at home! I have lost almost 20 lbs from doing my own thing! All you have to do is....
-Drink water all day!
- 20 squats everyday (increase by 5 every week)
- 15 sit-ups (increase by 5 every week)
- 15 fir hydrants (increase by 5 every week)
- 20 crunches (increase by 5 every week)
- 20 Leg pulses (increase my 5 every week)
- Run 2 laps around you back yard if you have one(increase by 2 every week)
- And make better eating choices and I can assure you that you will be more confident and happier with your weight! ??
