Lift butt

Lift butt

What are some of the best exercises to extremely lift butt. I'm in my mind 30's before my 2 boys came along I had a very nice bubble butt. Now it's long and flat. I've been doing squats for some time but doesn't seem to work. Someone please help.

Squats:Normal, bouncing and jumping Squats.
Lunges
Side to side crab walks
Fire hydrants
Donkey kicks
These few exercises could work and increase on them once your body can take it.Try to increase your protein intake as well (protein shakes)

They have a couple of workout guides. Volume 1 is mostly lower body, volume 2 is full body, and they have a booty building guide.

I have a bigger butt no matter what because i do butt excersices to keep my butt!!
-20 squats (increase by 5 everyday)
-15 fire hydrants (increase by 5 every week)
-20 Donkey kicks (increase by 5 every week)
- 15 lunges (increase by 5 every week)
- 15 side lunges( increase by 5 every week)
-20 leg lifts (increase by 5 every week)
the more you do these excersices the less your butt will sag and you butt will be stronger! And yo mans will be happier with yo big butt! ?
