Small Wee's

Postby Charli_88 » Wed May 12, 2021 11:47 pm

My son is 9months now and for the past month when I go to the toilet only a small amount has passed. There's no pain or burning at all but sometimes I'm dying to go and it's hardly anything at all. Can this be a weak pelvic floor? Or has anyone else experienced this?

You should still get tested for a UTI just to be sure. Woman sometimes have a habit of not fully emptying their bladders so what happens is the bladder is then trained to only hold a small amount of urine, to try and rectify this You should sit on the toilet and when you think you're done try again so like hold then let go if that makes sense and keep doing that. If your not actually wetting yourself your pelvic floor may be ok. Keep exercing your pelvic floor all the time.

Don't rush going to the toilet, take your time to fully empty your bladder.
