Insertion
•Before you put it in, fold it in half. Its okay if it unfolds before its in place.
•when its in, spin it. This will help it form a seal

Exertion(taking it out)
•While its in, try to slide a finger in with it. Push the cup inwards(like you are folding it in half, but don't fold it in half) to break the seal
•After the seal is broken, grab the bace of the cup and rotate in circles while pulling. Once the bace of the cup is out of your body, take the handle(its attached to the bace and works like a tampon string) and pull it the rest of the way. The first couple times you use it, it'll be uncomfortable.

How the heck am I supposed to rinse it! I surely can't do it in the sink or tub that's discusting and unsanitary! Also the toilet sounds unhygienic. 😰

This is wat you do:

Remove the cup and empty the blood into the toilet. Then, rinse it out with clean water, and use a mild, oil-free, fragrance-free soap to give it a quick clean. Once it's clean, you can reinsert the cup
