I'm 36 and this is my third month of TTC. I'm taking a multivitamin which has folic. Is that enough?

It's good you're taking folic acid. You also need to have a balanced healthy diet, do moderate exercise at least 30 minutes a day, drink about 2l of water a day, sleep enough and avoid stress. Getting pregnant takes up to an year in general, so there's no point in stressing yourself over TTC. The more you stress, the longer it takes. Best of luck! 💖💕

In the UK if you are 35+ you are okay to reach out to Dr for help after 6 months of trying. Depends what country you live in their policy.

100% agree lifestyle changes can take some time to reflect in your health a few months adjustment but 109% no stress or pressure can make a difference sooner have fun doing the BD.
