If you can lay down on the floor, put one hand on your chest and one on your stomach. Breath through your stomach and focus on your hand rising. Don’t breath through the chest.
Inhale and exhale through the stomach

Omg thank you so much. I have a weighted blanket that helped. But also on the one thing that brings me joy I started laughing which destracted me because it is 11:00 at night and I just yelled pewdipie, I have my window open and it echoed through where I live. My chest still hurts but it is better now thank you.
